  1. Dorothymae and I became friends while I was working at Wilcox & Wilcox with her back over 45 years ago. When I moved to a different job, we met for lunch on our birthdays – in May and August – for 40 years. Our last lunch was August 5, 2021, when I picked her up from her assisted living and took her to Red Lobster (her favorite restaurant). Dorothymae told me that day as I left her, “I’m ready to die – I never thought I would live this long”. Her faith was strong and I know she is with her savior waiting for her promised “everlasting life”. Thank you, God, for Dorothymae’s life and our friendship!

  2. Dorothymae was a very special person to me. I worked with her for several years in the law office where we enjoyed each others company. I talked with her in May on her birthday and will miss our many enjoyable conversations. Good Bye, Dear Friend.

  3. I am sorry to learn of Dorothymae’s passing. I only came to know her in recent years, taking her grocery shopping and also accompanying her to her medical appointments. I will miss her. We had many nice visits.
Due to prior commitments, I will not be able to attend the funeral.
