Howard A. Knudtson, 57 of Eau Claire passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Howard was born on October 27, 1960 to Harold and Dorothy (Klingbeil) Knudtson in Eau Claire. He was a farmer for most of his life. Howard also drove truck for various companies. He was a 20 year ABATE of Wisconsin member. Howard enjoyed riding his Harley, family gatherings, campfires, and picnics.
Howard is survived by his siblings, Dennis Knudtson of Eau Claire and Janice Tschan of West Salem; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Holm of West Salem, WI, Heather Brown (Jason Ducommun) of Eau Claire, and Brady Brown (Matt Schams) of La Crosse, WI; great-nieces and nephews, Alyssa Brock of Texas, Katlyn Ducommun of Eau Claire, and Paige and Devyn Schams of La Crosse, WI; and many friends
Howard was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, Paul Tschan.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 23, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Robert Hoekstra. Visitation will be Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm and one hour prior to the services on Friday at Smith Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Rest Haven Cemetery.
