Phyllis Marie Tuscany Middleton, 76 of Arcadia passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, December 15, 2017.

She was born to Edward and Geraldine Tuscany on March 23, 1941 in Arcadia, WI . Phyllis married Leroy John Nisiewicz on August 16, 1958. They had 2 children, Michele and Michael, they later divorced. She married Robert L Middleton on May 18, 1964 and they had two children, Jennifer and Jessica.

Phyllis was a member of Holy Family Parish Catholic Church. She always went to Sunday mass to pray the rosary and sit in her favorite seat. Phyllis was employed with Supreme Graphics for 37 years and was looking forward to retirement in March. She had plans to go shopping, traveling, rubber stamping, having more dinner dates and getting her hair done regularly. Phyllis was looking forward to spending more time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Lee; her children: Michele (Larry) Hodge of Winona, MN, Michael (Carol) Nisiewics of Arcadia, WI, Jennifer (Jeff) Stellflue of Ettrick, WI, Jessica (Steve Christian) Reifenstuhl of Butternut, WI; her grandchildren: Eric and Cody Hodge of Winona, MN, Bradley and Brandon Nisiewics of Arcadia, WI, Kayla (Damion) Thompson of Blair, WI, Amanda (John Harter) Stellflue of Onalaska, WI, Jami Sonsalla of Arcadia, WI, Shauna (Earl Robertsen) Sonsalla of Arcadia, WI, Clarissa (Scott Andersen) Sonsalla of Altoona, WI; her great grandchildren: Jaxson, Alex, Aaiden, Skyler, Autumn, and Jameson. Special neighbors that were like family, Robert and Julie Hurlburt and their girls Brianna, Catherine and Alanna. Special dinner dates, Joanie Schock and Diane Lisowski.

She is preceded in death by her mother Geraldine; her father Edward; her grandson, Cameron Hodge and many relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Holy Family Parish in Arcadia, WI with Reverend Sebastian Kolodziejczyk officiating. Visitation will begin two hours prior to service at Holy Family Parish on Wednesday. Burial will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery following the service.

    I am so sorry for your lost , she was always an amazing person when I go almost everyday to Supreme Graphics she perfectly understand my needs and she always helped me with a big smile

  2. I always liked Phyllis. She was so genuinely nice and kind to me as a child and growing up. A soft, gentle smile. Never a cross or impatient word.

  3. RIP Phyllis! You were such a wonderful and caring Mom, Grandma, Sister, Cousin, etc. I surely do miss you also.
    I’m sorry I won’t be able to make it to her funeral. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this trying time of your lives. God put his arms around you and help you get through these hard times.
