Tammy L. Solfest, 45, of Eau Claire passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.
Tammy was born on June 17, 1969 to Gerald and Sandra Solfest in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Tammy thrived on enjoying time with others, putting her children first, and overcoming challenges with a fiery spirit. She will always be known as a strong woman with a heart of golden compassion.
Tammy is survived by her son, Tyler, her daughter, Rebecca, and her daughter-in-law, Jennifer, and many emotionally adopted loved ones.
Tammy was preceded in death by her mother Sandra.
Tammy fought a long battle with multiple health issues; type 1 diabetes, severe infections, and multiple other health challenges.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel with Pastor Polnaszek officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be at a later date.
