Obituary For Beatrice E. Anderson

Beatrice E. Anderson, 100, of Eau Claire passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at River Pines in Altoona.

Beatrice was born on April 1, 1925, to Albert and Ella (Wenzel) Dehnke in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She married Ludwig Anderson on May 2, 1953, in Eau Claire. Beatrice was a stay-at-home mom until she began working at Ed Phillips and Sons marking merchandise. She was an avid Packer and Badger football fan. She loved to watch her grandsons play baseball from little league to high school. Beatrice was a wonderful cook and baker. She traveled a lot with her family across the country in their trailer house. She was a long-time member of First Lutheran Church until it merged to Spirit Lutheran.

Beatrice is survived by her children, Kathy (Gary) Field and Mike (Kathy) Anderson; grandchildren, Bryan (Melissa) Field, Joel (Lindsey) Field, Adam (Anna) Field, Stacy (Josh) Reit, and Jason (Anu) Anderson; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Ludwig Anderson; her parents; and her in-laws.

The family would like to thank to River Pines and St. Croix Hospice for the wonderful care.

A funeral service will be Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11:00 am at Spirit Lutheran Church. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be at 1:30 pm at Lutheran Cemetery.
