Obituary For Darrell Reese Dennis
Darrell Reese Dennis Sr., 75, of Eau Claire, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Dove Healthcare – West.
Darrell was born to Paul and Oleta (Stevens) Dennis on December 3, 1949, in Roseville, IL. He married Bonnie (Gjersing) on January 2, 1972, they had 3 sons, Darrell Jr, Chris, and Paul; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Darrell lived in Montana, which was his home, where he loved to be. He worked at the Habitat Restore for 17 years. He enjoyed flying planes, hunting, boating, watching NASCAR races, tinkering around with cars, and he also loved remodeling homes.
He is survived by his son, Darrell Dennis Jr.; sisters, Dena (Mike), Severson, Debra Johnson, brothers, Jerry (Janet), Johnston, Paul (Cindy) Dennis.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie (Gjersing) Dennis; his sons, Chris and Paul; his brothers, Roger and William Dennis; and his parents.
A celebration of life is scheduled for October 18th, 12-2PM, at American Legion in Roseville,IL. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to all the medical professionals for their support.
