Obituary For Pamela A. McEvoy

Pamela A. McEvoy, 70, of Altoona passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Marshfield Medical Center-Eau Claire.

Pamela was born on October 27, 1955, to Robert and Margaret (Moe) Levasseur in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She spent 18 years in the US Navy and was stationed throughout the United States and overseas. She enjoyed spending time fishing and gardening.

Pamela is survived by her daughters, Jessica (Derek) Decker of Tomahawk and Jennica Rudzik of Port St. Lucy, FL; brothers, Mark (Karen) Levasseur and Brent (Denise) Levasseur of Fall Creek; sisters, Debi (Tony) Owen of Eau Claire, Sandy (Mark) Klukas of Colfax, and Christine (Glen) Ambelang of Chippewa; and a granddaughter.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret Levasserur; her husband, Roger McEvoy; and sister, Roberta Quale.

A Celebration of Life will be held at VFW Post 305 (1300 Starr Ave, Eau Claire) on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 6pm to 8pm. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations for the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. There will be a donation box for the Never Forgotten Honor Flight at the celebration, or a website where friends or family can donate directly in Pamela’s name.
