Byron Kurt Reichel, 57, of Mayville, formerly of Fairchild, WI passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, at Crossroads Care Center.

Byron was born to Albert and Ruth (Armstrong) Reichel on January 27, 1967, in Elgin, IL.

Byron was raised in Carpentersville, IL and graduated in 1985 from Dundee-Crown High School. Byron loved working on cars and fixing almost anything. He was an avid Bears and Cubs fan. He was a truck driver for many years. He loved animals, especially his dog, Mack.

Byron is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Barry) Zurn; and three brothers; Gregory, David, and Robert Reichel.

He is preceded in death by Albert Reichel (father), Ruth Reichel (mother), and Kenne Reichel (brother).
