Obituaries

Jeanette L. Hubbard, 100, of Altoona passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Grace Edgewood in Altoona.

Jeanette was born on March 30, 1924, to John and Laura (Stone) Berg in Rock Falls, Wisconsin. She married Clayton Marshel Hubbard on May 11,1946 in Fall City, Dunn County. Jeanette was a member of Spirt Lutheran Church. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, and helping others.

Jeanette is survived by her daughter Linda (Jack) Andress; Grandchildren, Lee (Rochelle) Andress, and Staci (John) Brown; Great-grandchildren, Joshua (Erin) Andress, Jared (Jamie) Andress, Jenna (Aaron) Rentfro, Tyler Andress and Zachary Brown; Great-Great- grandchildren, Mazie, Meila, Madelyn, Mason, and Carter; One Sister, Vivian Hayden; and One brother, Russell Berg.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton in 1961; her daughter, Judy Bowe in 2002; Her parents; and 12 brothers and sisters.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11 AM at Rest Haven Cemetery in EauClaire, WI. We will gather after services at Hickory Hills Golf Course on Hwy 93/Hickory Hills Road from 12PM-2:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in her name at the Feed My People Food Bank.
