With heavy hearts, we are saddened to announce the death of John Dexter Von Druska of Eau Claire, who died at age 86 on August 23, 2024.

The funeral will be a private ceremony, remembering John in the presence of close family, as per John’s request. His passions were fishing, flying, hunting, and traveling.

He leaves behind his wife, Janet; daughters, Sandra (Todd Kirkman) and Michele (Shawn King); son, John (Carolyn Von Druska); nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Joan Talamantez; and nieces and nephews.

He was an army military veteran and served in Korea.

He will be greatly missed.
