William Robert Caspersen, 56, of Eau Claire passed away Sunday, September 29, 2024, at home.

Bill was born on May 17, 1968, to Robert and Carol (Lippert) Caspersen in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Bill is survived by his wife, Danielle Caspersen of Eau Claire; daughter, Kayla (Greg) Schreiner; grandson, Gavin Schreiner of Fall Creek; son, Will Caspersen Jr. (Ali Rud) of Eau Claire, WI; his mother, Carol Caspersen; sisters, Anne (Bruce) Henriksen, Amy (Keith) Hooyman, and Mary (Joe) Uchytil; many nieces and nephews. He loved his family and friends who he considered family. He enjoyed their land in Holcombe that was named the Eagles Nest, which Bill and Dani considered their peace of heaven. He loved to problem solve, he enjoyed the outdoors, boating, fishing, kayaking, trail riding, hunting, landscaping, and relaxing. He will forever be remembered for his kind gentle loving heart. He would be available for anyone in a heartbeat.

Bill was preceded in death by his father, Robert Caspersen; grandparents, Vern (Poppie) and Ruby Caspersen, and Joseph and Edna Lippert.

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 20, 2024, at Fish House in Altoona. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm with a prayer service led by Fr. John Schultz at 6:00 pm.
