Donna A. Moore

Donna Ann Moore, 71, of Eau Claire, passed away on January 9th, 2020 at Grace Lutheran Communities – River Pines in Altoona.
Donna was born January 6th, 1949 in Ladysmith to Herman and Hazel (House) Moore.
She is survived by sisters, Mary (Gail) Miller, Alice Moore, Peggy (John Crisp) Moore; daughters, Trina Ducommun, Carla (Todd Hangartner) Hernandez; daughter-in-law, Amanda (Jason) Johnson; grandchildren, Alexis Ann Marie Hernandez, Alex White, Savannah Johnson, and Jayleen Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Cecilia Moore; her brother, Allen Moore; her daughter, Pauline May Ducommun; her son, Timothy L. Hernandez; twins, Hope Ann and Faith Ann Hernanadez.
Donna’s entire family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at River Pines – Cypress wing, to all the nurses and CNAs. We are truly grateful for all the support, kind words, and love that was shown to us at our time of need.
Smith Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
