Gina L. Johnson

Gina Lynn Johnson, 49 of Eau Claire passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

Gina was born on July 12, 1967 to Eugene and Karen (Kriese) Johnson in Eau Claire.  Gina was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and aunt.  Gina worked at Orv and Pat’s Amber Inn.  She loved playing pool, bingo, and doing puzzles.  She was an avid Packers fan.

Gina is survived by her son, Jered (Amber) and their four daughters, Chloe, Candice, Taylor, and Saige; Kayla (James Watt) and their daughter, Juhvaya; father, Eugene Johnson; mother, Karen Bronkema; sisters, Jean, Staci, and Tiffany; brother, Randy (Shelly); step-brother, Mike Hadrath; grandmother, Virginia Johnson; and numerous cousins, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Gina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clifford and Ione Kriese and Edward Johnson; stepmother, Judy Johnson; and stepfather, Norman Bronkema.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel.
