Judith “Judy” M. Clepper, 62, of Cumberland, passed away on Wednesday, January 8th, 2020 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 29th, 2021 at 2:00 pm, at 717 18th Avenue Bloomer, WI 54724. A Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
