Tammy M. Colburn, 30 of Blair, WI passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at her home.
Tammy was born on April 21, 1987 to Kenneth and Linda (Hitts) Colburn in Chippewa Falls, WI. She attended Blair-Taylor High School. Tammy loved spending time with her three children, her husband, and other close family members; especially when they went to the pool, attended demolition derbies, tracker pulls, and went fishing Her dog, Frankie was always with her wherever she went. Tammy was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Rolando Leyva Ceron of Blair; three children, Issael, Leonel, and Loriana Leyva; mother, Linda Hitts (Evan Hill) of Blair; siblings, Amanda Colburn of Osseo, Kristie Colburn of Blair, and Kenneth Colburn Jr. of Osseo; half-sister, Adrian Colburn; grandpa, Kenneth Hitts; uncles, James “Guyster” and Kenny; aunts, Cindy, Sandra, Penny, Faith, Marie, Julie, Sarah and Darlene; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Colburn; grandparents, Laura Hitts and Floyd and Betty Colburn; and uncle, Raymond Colburn.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel in Eau Claire. Service will follow the visitation at 7:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Hoekstra officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
tammy will be missed by lots. she was a very likeable person.

I am so sorry for the loss you are all experiencing. I know I havent seen Tammy since I moved away but my heart is broken over her death. If any of you need anything please let me know and I will do whatever I can. I am so sorry.
