Alan J. Heath, 61 of Eau Claire passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems – Eau Claire.
Al was born to Donald and Mae Angelyn (Lokken) Heath on July 13, 1957 in Eau Claire. He served in the US. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Saratoga. Al had a sense of adventure and enjoyed fishing and golfing. He was a great musician and drummer. Al was a loyal friend and relative to those who needed his help. He had a generous big heart and helped people realize their potentials and dreams.
Al is survived by his wife Therese, sons Travis (Lori Ann) Heath and Jacob Heath; father, Donald Heath; grandchildren: Joseph, Jaelynn and Alexis Heath, Tyler Eldridge, Cirea Hughes, Jasmine LaRonge and one more on the way; siblings, Dianne (Thomas Frank) Pederson of LaCrosse, Gary (Emily) Heath of The Woodlands, Texas, Robert (Deborah Geissler) Heath of Chippewa Falls, Jeffrey (Debra) Heath of Eau Claire. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Al was preceded in death by his mother Mae Angelyn.
A memorial service will be on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Grace Lutheran Church at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until time of service. Family and friends may leave online condolences at www.smithfuneralec.com.
