Darren Riccardo Glenn, 34 of Eau Claire, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
Darren was born to Riccardo and Barbara (Heike) on February 18, 1988, in Carbondale, Illinois. Darren’s favorite thing to do and a big part of his life was soccer. Ever since he was a little boy, he had a strong passion for soccer and excelled tremendously. He played on many teams and even traveled to England to play. He really enjoyed playing video games with his friends, especially Halo, Fifa and NBA2K. On August 21, 2021, Darren’s dream of becoming a father became a reality and his baby girl Giselle was born. She was his pride and joy.
Darren is survived by his mother, Barbara Glenn; brother, Anthony Glenn; daughter, Giselle Jennifer Glenn; and love of his life and mother of his daughter, Sabrina Burr.
Darren is preceded in death by his father, Riccardo Glenn and dear friend, Sport Joy.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 3:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel. A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.
