David James Mineah II a current resident of Eau Claire Wisconsin was born August 28, 1958 in New York, NY. He was a fellow servant of Christ and went to be with his heavenly father in the early morning of May 27, 2016. David was born to David Mineah Sr. and Janet McCamey. David grew up in Proctor,TX and attended school in Dublin and Comanche.
At age 12 David and his Mother Janet were living in Michigan when she was involved in a fatal accident. David came back to Texas to live with his Grandmother Lilly Bell McCamey and was later adopted by Raymon and Beverly Bryan of Ranger, TX. He attended Ranger High School and was a graduate of the class of 1976. Dave loved to travel and lived in many areas through out much of the United States, working in the restaurant and tree/landscaping business. He especially liked working with those who were less fortunate than he, which he did while working with the Christian Appalachian Project in Lancaster KY., re-building houses for the poor in rural Appalachia and serving as a resident assistant for the mentally/physically challenged. Later in life he moved to Eau Claire Wisconsin and enjoyed working with and spending time helping his Church and the Hope Gospel Mission.
Survivors include daughter Amanda Warren, and step-daughters Ashley Rex, and Autumn Hood. Adopted mother Beverly Bryan, adopted brother Darren Bryan and many dear friends.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday June 7, 2016, with visitation from 4-5pm with services to follow at Word Of Life Church, 3732 Spooner Ave., Altoona, WI.. Burial in Board Church Cemetery located in the Board Church Community of Comanche County TX.
