Lou Ann M. (Galstad) Best, 64 of Altoona passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Prairie Pointe in Altoona.
A memorial service will be held at Smith Funeral Chapel on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. A graveside service will be held at Coon Valley Lutheran Church Cemetery on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Smith Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
