Robert J. Molitor, 87 of Eau Claire passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Care Partners in Eau Claire.
Bob was born on July 12, 1929 to Herman and Elizabeth “Betty” (Schulner) Molitor. He attended and graduated from Elk Mound High School. He married Dolores Krogman in 1947. Bob worked for many years in various meat packing plants throughout the area. He also owned and operated a bar on Water Street for many years. Throughout his life, Bob enjoyed camping, gardening, traveling, and was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewer fan.
Bob is survived by his daughters, Deborah Westerberg of Eau Claire and Jane Reiter of Eau Claire; son, John Molitor of Gulf Port, Florida; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brother, James (Lois) Molitor of Ellsworth; and many nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dolores Molitor; son, Michael Molitor; and brothers, Leonard and Donald Molitor.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 11:00 am at Smith Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be an hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Wednesday. Burial will follow the service at Forest Hill Cemetery.
