Wayne Neil Thornwall, 74 of Eau Claire passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at his home.
Wayne was born on January 12, 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Neil and Evelyn Thornwall. He married Mary Lou Mohs on June 27, 1969 in South Dakota.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Mohs; sons, Mark (Debbie) and Matt (Teresa); daughter, Melissa (Steve); and 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel. Memorial services will follow the visitation at 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
