Memorial stationery packages at Smith Funeral Chapel

The register book your guests sign, the folders they take home, and the thank-you cards your family sends — chosen in one design that sounds like the person you are remembering. Browse the designs here, then see them in person at our Eau Claire funeral home.

Two packages, one simple idea

Every stationery package we offer includes the same three things: a register book, memorial folders, and acknowledgement (thank you) cards — all printed in the design you choose, so everything matches on the day and afterward. The only difference between the packages is the designs available at each level.

Premium Package
$225

Register book, memorial folders, and acknowledgement cards in your choice of design.

Designs: On Freedom's Wings, A Beautiful Life, Wings of Gold, Cardinal, Bridge of Faith.

Deluxe Package
$200

Prices are exactly what is printed on our stationery price list, and stationery is chosen together during arrangements. If you are planning ahead, you are welcome to pick a design now and we will keep it on file with your wishes.

Not sure which design fits?

That is normal — most families decide by seeing the books in person. Call us or stop in at 2222 London Rd and we will lay the designs out side by side.
