Jerome D. Hazen, 84 of Chippewa Falls passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022, in Altoona, Wisconsin.
Jerry was a ham radio enthusiast and loved singing and dancing. He was the second oldest Veteran in Eau Claire County. He served in the Air Force and Army and retired after 21 years and was active with the American Legion and member at Sacred Heart in Eau Claire.
Born on March 27, 1938, to Harvey and Violet (Saxe) Hazen in Wisconsin, Jerry is survived by nieces, nephews and best friend Kenny Novak.
Jerry was preceded in death by wife, Karen (Smith), parents and sister Sandra (Bernard) Redding.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 10, 2022, at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church and Burial following at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Reception to follow at the American Legion.
