  1. John, There are no words to express how deeply heartbroken we are to have lost you. Our family will always cherish the times we were able to spend with you and your family. Heaven has gained an angel. You will forever be in our heart. Until me meet again, dear friend.

  2. I am John’s Godfather. I became so when I was dating his sister Barbie. Barb and I often took John to the park, to swing on the swings, shoot down the slides, etc, in Carson Park’s “Candyland” area. While I have not had a lot of contact with John in recent years (primarily using on-line chats, it always struck me how I was impressed by the kind person he had become. He also had a great memory! (Every time I saw him in person, he always brought up the trips to the park and how always remembered it…despite him only being two to five years old at the time!)

I offer my condolences to his wife Linda, his two sons (John Jr. and Mark), his brother (Jim), and three living sisters (Sharon, Melanie, and Debbie), and all those who cared very much for John. I am confident that he had a great heavenly reunion with his sister Barb, his parents, and others that passed before him. I truly believe that those who have departed are constantly looking after those he loved. May God bless you all, and may the memories that you have of John serve as a source of comfort.

John, I miss you much, guy. You left us too soon. Rest in Peace.

  4. We met 20+ years ago and most of that time you were my best friend. I cried on your shoulder and drank ya under the table. You always took care of me. We share a lot of memories. And now you are going to be deeply missed. You’re in my thoughts every day. And one day I’ll meet up with ya and we can chat.
