Nancy J. Klatt

Nancy J. Klatt, 75, of Galesville, WI passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at her home.

Nancy was born on March 13, 1947, to Lloyd and Mary (Duberstein) Klatt in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She graduated from North High School in 1964. She met her children’s dad, Jim Amundson at Presto in 1970 and they later married in 1972 and had two children together. They moved to Brackett, WI together and owned a pet shop for many years. Later they divorced, but never stopped loving one another.

Nancy knew Jesus, she loved him and was close to him. Nancy would have Bible study with her son, sister, and niece. She was baptized in 2021. Nancy was a very loving and caring person; she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge. Psalm 91:4

Nancy is survived by her children, James Amundson Jr. of Brackett, WI and Melissa Long (Amundson) of Fairchild, WI; sister, Virginia Klatt (Lynn Sr.) Westley; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; grandchildren, Brianna, and Alexis; great-grandson, Gabriel; 3 very special cats, Dante, Oreo, and Bandit; many friends and her best friend, Darla Olson.

Nancy was preceded in death by her mom, Mary; dad, Lloyd; brother, James (Carol) Klatt Sr.

Burial will be Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Prairie View Cemetery.
