Steven Leonard Heuer Sr., 68, of Wheaton passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Health Systems – Eau Claire.
Steven was born to Herman and Mildred (Berg) Heuer on August 21, 1954, in Eau Claire.
Steven is survived by his wife, Effie; children, Tammy Nelson, Steven Heuer Jr. (Mandi), Jason Heuer (Tammy); grandchildren, Anthony Becker, Travis Nelson Jr., Tyler Nelson, Aaron Heuer, Hailey Heuer, and Millie Heuer; brother, Greg Heuer (DeeAnna); brother-in-law, Dennis Bresina; and sisters-in-law, Kay Garnett and Diane (Dave) Hanson.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Debra Bresina.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Cornerstone Apostolic Church in Elk Mound at 1:00pm. Please wear your favorite Wisconsin sports gear.
We may not be able to attend the life celebration of Steve, but we will be there in spirit. We send our condolences and prayers. We will miss him. I will be wearing my prized Vikings gear. Lol. Right now he is just shaking his head at us. Lol
